The Shop Manager in based on a sequence which is followed by each Shop Manager having responsibility to purchase and sell.
It is higly based on the importance to set a process in which the Shop Manager must use all the market and sales information to develop skills in the 3 most important areas of activity such as:
- generating volumes (sales)
- generating profit
- controlling the stock level

      a forecast budget must be identified in order to establish target and expectation of each player

      where has to be decided the quantity of goods to buy in

      where the team defines how to approach the market; which type of brands/products they focus in the grid of sales .
